Grammy Awards 2009: la lista dei vincitori

Si è tanuta stanotte presso lo Staples Center di Los Angeles la 51esima edizione Grammy Awards. Trionfatori assoluti della manifestazione sono stati Robert Plan (ex componente dei Led Zeppelin) e Alison Krauss che sono riusciti a portare a casa ben 5 statuette ciscuno.

La serata è stata aperta da un’esibizione live degli U2 che hanno approfittato dell’occasione per cantare il loro nuovo singolo “Get On Your Boots”, ma questa non è stata l’unica performance live. Durante la serata, infatti, sul palco si sono esibiti numerosi artisti come Stewie Wonder in duetto con i Jonas Brothers, Paul McCartney insieme a Dave Grohl, Chris Martin & Jay-z e i Radiohead.


Subito dopo l’esibizione di apertura degli U2, inoltre, sono saliti sul palco per una esibizione a tre Justin Timberlake, Keith Urban e Al Green, sostituto di Rihanna che non ha potuto partecipare all’evento a cusa di vistose ferite al volto e su tutto il corpo provocatele da un’aggressione del fidanzato Chris Brown che si è subito costituito alla polizia ma che già provveduto al pagamento della cauzione.
