“Want” è il nuovo singolo di Natalie Imbruglia

Il nuovo album di Natalie Imbruglia “Come to life” uscirà il 13 ottobre ma la cantante ha deciso di ingannare l’attesa dei suoi fan lanciando prima dell’uscita del disco non uno ma ben due singoli. Il primo si intitola “Wild About It” ed è stato lanciato circa un mese fa, anche se in realtà non è che abbia avuto poi così tanto successo.

Si spera quindi che le cose vadano meglio per “Want“, il secondo singolo che anticipa l’album e che può essere ascoltato nel video che si trova in fondo al post.

A dire la verità dopo aver ascoltato questo secondo singolo ci sentiamo pronti a scommettere sul suo successo, è una canzone ritmata al punto giusto e molto orrecchiabile che siamo sicuri verrà apprezzato molto di più rispetto al primo singolo. Del resto si tratta di un brano che Natalie Imbruglia ha scritto insieme a Chris Martin dei Coldplay, quindi il successo è assolutamente assicurato.

Il videoclip della canzone, in particolare, è in grado di incantare chi lo guarda, soprattutto i machietti che restano letteralmente ipnotizzati dagli splendidi occhi della cantante, a cui il regista ha dedicato vari primi piani in grado di dargli la giusta importanza. Peccato solo che in alcuni momenti questi occhi vengano oscurati da un pianto e coperti dal trucco che si scioglie.
